The whole process was easy!

They work fast and think even faster. I didn't think it possible to sell my house but two days after it was listed, it was under contract. They did a phenomenal job with staging (Kristie is an undercover interior decorator, I swear) and am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me over the past few months. On a more personal note, this was a rather emotional sell for me and at times, found it difficult to make progress. Kristie was patient with me and generous with her time; it meant the world to me. Also very helpful throughout the process of selling and buying. She listed a house for us and it sold quickly even with this pandemic going on. She gave us tips on what we needed to do to make the property marketable. On the flip side she showed us many houses and worked well with my spouse and I. We settled on a home and she then went into action again finding issues that the listing realtor did not find that almost cost us the house.
